Associate Internal Recruiter

Skanska  are looking or an Associate Resourcing Manager to join their in-house Recruitment team. Sitting in the resourcing team in the wider HR team you will working with the Civils side of the business recruiting everything from Engineers to Project Directors.

You’ll

  • Provide specific resourcing/recruitment support to the Resourcing Manage with a  specifically focus on researching and identifying appropriate talent to assist the resourcing manager successfully deliver the recruitment requirements to match  the resource plan for the OU.
  • Extensive researching on Linkedin and varying other channels.
  • Maintain Skanska recruit: Reviewing vacancies raised by the business on Skanska recruit, editing as appropriate to ensure compliance with UK legislate , provide guidance to OU hiring managers on the Skanska Resourcing process , KPI’s – including Customer feedback.
  • Maintaining a template library within Skanska Recruit for all OU vacancies.
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience, throughout the resourcing process – to include assessment and selection – First point of contact for direct applicants, agencies and job boards.
  • Reviewing and verifying applications received within Skanska recruit  in a timely manner (internal and external) initial screening of candidates  – updating their status as appropriate on Taleo

We’re looking for

  • Previous knowledge of recruitment/ researching
  • knowledge of e-recruitment tools e.g Taleo
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Good planning & time management skills enabling the prioritisation of multiple activities.
  • Ability to work within a process driven environment and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Able to work using own initiative but also happy to work under the guidance of a resourcing manager
