Do you have knowledge of HR best practice in relation to workforce planning and forecasting techniques? Do you have the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships with stakeholders?

If you have answered yes to the above then the role of Senior Workforce Planning Advisor could be for you.

Cheshire Constabulary currently has a new and exciting opportunity for an individual to join the Force as a Senior Workforce Planning Advisor. This is a new role that has been introduced to support the Workforce Planning Department in managing and coordinating the provision of strategic workforce planning information and data analysis to enable the force to make informed decisions regarding the capability and capacity of its workforce in line with predicted need including the recruitment and promotion of officers and staff. In addition to providing advice on succession planning and talent management to ensure that future organisational requirements are identified and met.

This position is based at Cheshire Police Headquarters, Winsford within the People and Professional Standards department. The successful candidates will need to relish the challenges and opportunities presented by working in a key role within a dynamic HR Retained function.
