The successful candidates will have proven experience of leadership and delivering important organisation and system wide quality initiatives and improvements. You will be able to demonstrate experience of working effectively with others, successfully leading and motivating, managing change and putting safety, quality and experience at the heart of everything you do. As a member of the Nursing and Quality Directorate, the ability to work as part of a team is essential as this is a multi-faceted role working closely with other leaders and networks to lead and deliver complex programmes of work across the organisation. Supporting the Executive Director of Nursing & Quality, you will be responsible for providing credible and visible leadership to ensure the implementation of high standards of care that strives for excellence and is delivered with kindness and compassion.

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, which enable you to inspire, motivate and influence colleagues at all levels are essential. In addition, you will possess the drive and determination to succeed in a progressive and engaging organisation. Lancashire Care is rated good by the CQC, with the aspiration to be outstanding.
