Job Description

We are recruiting for Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance Analysts within our Bromley office on permanent, full-time basis. As an IAM Governance Analyst you will provide governance and compliance of IDAM audit processes by the outsource 3rd party supplier and across the integrated supply chain, liaise with internal teams and 3rd parties to ensure IDAM audit and regulatory requirements are effectively maintained and take corrective actions where required.

You will also implement and maintain agreed audit processes to ensure compliance with outside regulators and relevant internal policies with regards to User Access to DLG systems.

What you’ll be doing as an IAM Analyst

1. Implement Governance processes to ensure compliance by 3rd parties and internal staff to system access management audit regulations and policies and be a point of contact for internal and external audit queries, providing evidence and support as required.

2. Contribute to the development of IDAM processes\ tools to ensure continued improvement and service of the function.

3. Maintain hosted applications within the IDAM toolsets and framework, supporting the business need to change and decommission as and when required.

4. Develop and maintain system templates and ensure authority levels within those systems are correct and appropriate against predefined RBAC and UAC templates.

  • Assess and onboard new applications into the IDAM framework, ensuring compliance and service continuance.
  • Manage upgrades and changes with Vendor\Internal provided systems managing any impact and delivery into the IDAM environment.
  • Document and issue communications pertaining to new services, improvements or changes.

5. Oversee the IDAM Provisioning and Technical Change teams to ensure ongoing compliance with processes and policies.

  • Review systems / roles / permissions that the IDAM provisioning team use to fulfil requests. Provide support to update or improve the delivery.
  • Operationally manage and assure the YALE audit process including managing suppliers, handling returns, issuing manual extracts and publishing reports.
  • Provide guidance and support for all aspects of the IDAM function specifically request management and the monthly YALE audit.
  • Provide education, guidance, support to resolve any data quality or provisioning issues as a result of monthly reconciliation. Rectifying with the relevant teams\suppliers in a timely manner.

6. Act as a point of contact and provide support for escalations and general queries relating to YALE.

7. Identify opportunities to improve service, support operational processes and assist other teams to deliver optimal access management service via the toolsets\framework in place.

8. As a member of the wider SI&O team; support operational priorities and assist other teams across the department where required. There may also be a requirement for business related travel.

9. From time to time non-standard hours of work will be required to meet significant operational workload across SI&O e.g. Incidents or complex releases into the live environment.

10. Demonstrate required behaviours in line with expectations of the role.

Key Skills

• Ability to investigate minor security breaches in accordance with established procedures

• Ability to assist users in defining their access rights and privileges

• Can perform non-standard security administration tasks and resolves security administration issues

• High attention to detail

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday (Irregular hours may be required)
