As part of this, we are now recruiting for a Customer Service Consultant to join the team in our Peterborough office on a full time, permanent basis.

What being a Customer Service Consultant involves:

  • Taking personal responsibility and prioritising own workload, highlight hotspots  – measured via daily figure sheets and floor walks
  • Completing IMT daily and accurately
  • Achieving productivity target
  • Timekeeping, planner adherence and correct use of idle codes  – phone report
  • Implementing audit feedback
  • Completing accurately complaint form and Goldmine same business day
  • Ensuring all GPL is up to date on a monthly basis
  • Meeting deadlines in line with Group Policy Learning (GPL) Calendar.
  • Providing monthly copy of GPL Learning Plan to your team leader
  • Preparing 121 documentation fully and email to team leader 48hrs before meeting is due
  • Updating Personal Development Plan monthly and provide copy to your team leader
  • Participating and supporting package action plans to improve YFB scores (customers feedback)
  • Complying with group Code of Conduct
  • Adhering to group contact guidelines to report absence
  • Adhering to all 6 Treat Customer Fairly outcomes in all your dealings with our customers

Skills and Qualities:

  • ​Experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional Customer Service skills and telephone manner
  • Focus on the Customer’s experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced enviornemnt
  • Ability to work towards targets, prioritise and take personal responsibility for their workload.

Hours: 35 Hours
