But as well as working the data, spotting the trends and opportunities, we’ll need you to engage with all kinds of people to present your insight. That means you’ll need to be confident, and capable of influencing people at all levels.
We’d love to talk to you if
  • You’ve previous experience in an analyst role, with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • You’ve a passion for change, and the ability to spot opportunities to improve through data analysis

We’re actively building diverse teams and welcome applications from everyone. But we know that simply having a diverse workforce is not enough. We want to create an inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute their best work and develop to their full potential. We celebrate our differences, and recognise the importance of teams reflecting the communities they serve.
We can make reasonable adjustments to our interview process according to your needs. And we offer a flexible working environment, enabling our colleagues to adjust their hours to accommodate personal circumstances.
