  • Lead a small team responsible for all SC processes required to keep the right stock levels in the network
  • Build annual plans for areas such as seasonal forecasting
  • Embed and encourage continuous improvement across teams, working closely with your counterpart for the fresh category
To be successful with us in this role we’ll need you to bring significant supply chain experience combined with the ability and confidence to work in a new set-up. You’ll be able to work between and build a solid understanding of two fast paced, unique and large businesses, making sure to manage your time across both location too.
We’d love to talk to you if
  • You’ve worked in a change management capacity before, and act as a positive advocate for new processes and change
  • You’ve significant work experience in a supply chain role
  • You’re collaborative and are used to influencing and challenging people with an outcome focus
  • You can apply analytical thinking to large data sets, to draw out succinct findings
  • You’ve the flexibility to travel across the UK as required
  • You ideally have some retail experience, although this isn’t essential
  • You’ve previously lead or managed a small team, although again this isn’t essential
Why Co-op?

We’re actively building diverse teams and welcome applications from everyone. But we know that simply having a diverse workforce is not enough. We want to create an inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute their best work and develop to their full potential. We celebrate our differences, and recognise the importance of teams reflecting the communities they serve.
