Training Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a Training Co-ordinator to join our A14 project based in Boxworth – Cambridge

To provide administration  support to the Training and Development Manager with administering  co- coordinating and recording of a range of T&D activities, including Operational, HSW and IDT project-led training programs and initiatives . Based at our A14 site in Brampton, Cambridgeshire.


  • Co- ordinate Learning an, training and development activities for A14
  • Support the L&D manager in a range of duties including creating courses on Mosaic and logging delegate attendance.
  • Co- Ordinate project introduction and training events , book venues, log course bookings, send out invites and update Mosaic.
  • Assist with course preparation – room set up , creating training packs and hand-outs for each event.
  • Build a basic understanding of key learning activities and training coordination required by working closely with T&D Manager.
  • General administration as and when needed.

We’re looking for

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar role or strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines is essential
  • Basic knowledge of Health and safety with a keen interest to learn more
  • Basic knowledge of Training and development and a keen interest to learn more
