Retail is a multi-billion pound sector and retailers are looking for marketers who understand the sector and can introduce innovative ideas that will capture consumers’ attention, sell products and services and develop brand loyalty. Your studies will cover all the key marketing communication tools including advertising, public relations, direct marketing, point-of-sale promotions and customer relationship management. You will learn how to use print, digital and online media to reach different target audiences and build a brand identity. Great marketing is only part of the mix and there are core business units that focus on supply chain management, logistics and project management, merchandising, and retail operations. We also work with you to develop your management, communication and team working skills to ensure you have the high-level skills employers are looking for.
